Shipping Fees

A flat rate of 800 yen (880 yen including tax) will be charged for delivery nationwide.
Shipping is free for purchases of 25,000 yen or more (tax included ).
*For deliveries to remote islands and some areas, a separate "relay fee" may be charged in addition to the shipping fee.

About Shipping

Orders placed by 12:00 on business days will be shipped on the same day.
Orders placed on weekends and holidays will be accepted and shipped on the next business day.

Business days: Weekdays 9:30-18:00 (Excluding New Year's holidays, Golden Week holidays, etc.)

Please note that after long holidays such as the New Year holidays and Golden Week, we will arrange for shipments to be shipped in order.
Once shipping arrangements are complete, we will send you a confirmation email. (You can check the delivery status.)

Your ordered items will be delivered by Yamato Transport Takkyubin.
(*For areas that require relay (remote islands and some areas) or if the customer has a special request, delivery will be arranged by a carrier other than Yamato Transport Takkyubin.

*Currently, our store does not accept orders from overseas.

Due to the collection and delivery area of ​​Yamato Transport Takkyubin, there are some areas where we cannot accept "time zone designation". If you specify a time zone, we will attach a designated sticker when shipping, but please note that we may not be able to meet your request if the time zone is outside the designated area.

If you are not at home, a Yamato Transport Takkyubin driver will leave a delivery slip in your mailbox, so please contact the number provided for delivery slip inquiries. You can specify the delivery date and time.

Please understand that the specified delivery time may vary slightly depending on traffic conditions, etc.

Please note that we may not be able to accept changes to the delivery date, time slot, etc. after your order has been confirmed.
