Returns and Exchanges

We accept returns of unopened products only as a cooling off period. In this case, please contact us in advance within 7 days of receiving the product to request a return or exchange.

Please bear the shipping costs for return shipping.

For Junel products only, opened products can also be returned.

Regarding our compensation for defective products, delivery delays, etc.
If the product is damaged or defective due to our fault, the product contents are defective, or the product you receive is different from the one you ordered, we will accept exchanges and returns.

Return Method
Please return the product in the same condition as it was delivered (including the bag, case, tags attached to the product, etc.).
*Please be sure to keep a copy of the shipping slip until the procedure is complete.
